Delivery in France
We’ve designed a delivery experience that’s simple and hassle-free:
- Our custom packaging provides optimal protection for every bike.
- Delivery is free (excluding Corsica)
- Once your bike is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS and an email allowing you to easily schedule your delivery. Choose the time slot that works best for you—morning or afternoon.(even Saturday morning).
- Your bike arrives 97% assembled, tuned, and inspected. Just a few minutes are needed to complete setup (align the stem with the frame, then screw on the pedals).
- Deliveries are handled by FRANCE EXPRESS, France’s leading specialist in large-format shipping.
Delivery Times within France:
Orders are delivered within 24–48 hours from the moment they are shipped. Shipping takes place within 24 hours of the order date, depending on bike availability. During pre-sale periods, delivery times (which may vary by model) are clearly indicated on each product page, just below the “add to cart” button.
International Delivery
Shipping costs per bike: Germany: €93, Austria: €168, Belgium: €92, Spain: €43.20, Ireland: €108, Italy: €70, Luxembourg: €93, Netherlands: €93, Portugal: €168. For delivery to any country not listed above, please contact us directly.

International Delivery Times:
Orders are delivered within 72 to 96 hours from the time of shipment. Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of your order, depending on bike availability. During pre-order periods, delivery times — which may vary by model — are clearly stated on each product page, just below the “Add to Cart” button.
Easy Returns
Our priority is to make your Infiné experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you need to return your order, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the package directly from your home. We cover all return shipping costs and issue your refund within 72 hours of receiving the item.
If Your Package is Damaged :
When your order is delivered, please check the condition of the package carefully before accepting it. Any parcel that is opened, damaged, or wet must be refused. Only sign the delivery slip if your order is complete and in perfect condition. If you choose to accept a damaged parcel, photos will be required for any claim. We strongly recommend refusing the package directly to the carrier upon delivery. It will then be returned to us automatically. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns department. If the return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 2 to 3 days after validation.
How to Return Your Bike
You don’t have to do a thing! We’ll take care of everything — our courier will collect the package directly from your home so you don’t have to transport it yourself.
Return Conditions:
1. The bike may be test-ridden on dry, paved roads for up to 1 km maximum and must show no signs of wear or use.
2. The bike must be returned perfectly clean and undamaged.
3. The item must be packed in its original box.
4. The bike must be returned within 15 days. To qualify for free returns, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving your order.
