Lifetime warranty on the Frame, Fork, Stem, and Seatpost. A 2-year warranty applies to all other components.
In the event of any issue, we respond promptly and cover delivery costs for replacements.
This warranty is effective from the date of receipt.
Products supplied by www.infiné-cycles.com benefit, in accordance with legal provisions, from:
- The statutory warranty of conformity
- The statutory warranty against hidden defects arising from a material, design, or manufacturing fault that renders the delivered products unfit for use
- The Manufacturer’s warranty
Any warranty is excluded in cases of misuse (such as jumps, falls, or overloading), negligence, or lack of maintenance by the Buyer, as well as in cases of normal wear and tear, accidents, or force majeure. The warranty provided by www.infiné-cycles.com is limited to the replacement or refund of non-conforming or defective products. The warranty period for all other components is 2 years.
In any case, the warranties do not cover:
-The replacement of consumables or wear-and-tear parts;
-Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products;
-Damage specifically noted or highlighted;
-Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications to the frame or installation of additional components;
-Defects and their consequences arising from the intervention of the Buyer or a third party;
-Defects and their consequences resulting from use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the product (professional, collective, or other non-personal use);,
-Additional costs related to the installation of replacement parts are not covered.
www.infine-cycles.fr guarantees the Buyer against hidden defects affecting the delivered products only in the form of replacement of the defective products or the parts that render them unfit for their intended use.
